Appointment Process
A general practitioner or specialist will help decide
if a visit to a neurologist is appropriate.
In general, a referral letter from a family doctor or other medical practitioner is the starting point, as this provides a background and context for the consultation with Dr Chancellor and a line of communication for ongoing care.
Once the referral information is received Patricia, will post a letter of introduction,
with fee structure included and information about how to
get the best value from your meeting with Dr Chancellor.
When you have received this, or read the LOI on this
site,
please
arrange an appointment with Patricia by phone
or preferably by e-mail (see contact
us).
Sessions take place on a Tuesday and Wednesday morning.
You
can speak to Patricia on a Tuesday or Wednesday
8.30
-
12.30.
The interview and examination are held in my home office.
Please let us know your Southern Cross membership number for pre-approval of all or part of consultation fee.
EFTPOS facilities are available.
